There are new ideas sprouting up throughout our great nation changing the mindset of how we develop our communities to address the factors that determine our progression and holistic well-being. Utilizing knowledge-based analysis of industry-specific technologies, that streamline interconnection of the components that substantiate, determine and standardize the development of communities that we live in; we can create a new national model of living called “Smart Neighborhoods.”
The “Smart Neighborhoods” model actually isn’t a new concept regionally; it is the brainchild of Congresswoman Emeritus Diane E. Watson (Los Angeles, CA), utilized to address the issues and smart development of the second largest metropolis in the USA. “Smart Neighborhoods” goal is to identify new technologies and strategies that develop communities that improve our quality of life, decrease the cost of living and to conserve the natural resources that provide for our livelihood. Community Enrichment and Outreach (CEO) has the goal and aspiration to build “Smart Neighborhoods” through the reclamation and edification of the homeless veteran population within the beautiful City of San Bernardino.
